Triple swivel casters eliminate the 'kick' of single swivels, which causes binding in guide tracks and jerky movement.
Our triple swivels use high capacity thrust bearings, and mount with a single center bolt.  The triple swivels ship fully assembled, with a mounting plate which can be welded or bolted to your scenery.

Electric-dogs are designed to feed a tracked unit with electrical cables.  The cables are managed with a cable chain, running on its side, in a deck track.  The electric-dog attaches to the cable chain, and feeds the cable through the track slot to the unit.
These are available in a variety of mounting heights and styles, and we can build to suit your requirements.  For example, the dogs can be fitted with wire rope drive attachments, quick release mounting hardware, and are available in custom sizes to suit your requirements.  For an additional fee, we will install your cables and ship you the complete assembly.

Panel guides bolt in pairs to the upstage side of a traveling panel, and roll in a slot in the deck.  They keep the bottom of the panel from moving upstage or downstage, and permit tight clearances between pieces.  The rolling wheel provides for smooth and easy movement, with little friction.  The spring engagement of the wheel allows for real-world track and deck height variations.

Skate-Casters: these roller-blade wheel equipped straight casters are excellent for pallets.  The wheels, with their high quality bearings, reduce friction to a minimum and ensure smooth and quiet operation. They are designed for easy installation.  See the drawing, below, for a description of the recommended pallet construction.

Knives: We also have a set of pallet knives, which can be trimmed to any length.  They install easily, and are flush-mount.

Both knives and casters ship fully assembled, with all necessary mounting hardware, ready for installation.
